The campus needed a communications system that would allow them to compete in an ever changing college market as they moved into the 21st century. After performing a customer needs analysis, Mid-Atlantic identified several ways to create operational efficiencies to improve their business. A new voice mail system has allowed Lackawanna College to handle more incoming calls and has created a platform for information sharing among faculty and students alike

Hourigan, Kluger & Quinn Law Firm
Wilkes-Barre, PA

The goal was to make the law firm appear as one unified office, regardless of location. Mid-Atlantic designed a solution with centralized controls for ease of administration, ease of use for the user community, and most importantly a significantly more cost-effective operation. A new phone system with centralized voice mail and a centralized video teleconferencing solution was installed. This enabled all employees to freely communicate between offices, allowing Hourigan, Kluger & Quinn to benefit operationally and economically.
