The goal was to make the law firm appear as one unified office,
regardless of location. Mid-Atlantic designed a solution with centralized
controls for ease of administration, ease of use for the user community,
and most importantly a significantly more cost-effective operation.
A new phone system with centralized voice mail and a centralized
video teleconferencing solution was installed. This enabled all
employees to freely communicate between offices, allowing Hourigan,
Kluger & Quinn to benefit operationally and economically.
